As hosting is available immediately a purchase is made there are NO refunds available in any circumstances.

If a subscription payment is started, this may be cancelled at any time by the subscriber and hosting will cease at the end of the paid period with no penalties to either party.

These are simple policies for mutual benefit; if you do not intend to make a hosting purchase then please do not do so.

Purchase of a domain name is not refundable or reversible and the name may not be changed once registered so make sure that the domain you wish to register is EXACTLY correct before making your purchase.
